Prior Year Scholarship Recipients

If you have received scholarship funds from FOOSF in previous years this page is for you!

By now you have already realized the importance of keeping in contact with our committee. To simplify that process be sure to include your social security number in all correspondence. Be sure to keep us informed of all address, email, and phone number changes.

For returning OSAC scholars:
To receive our scholarship again you must complete OSAC's application each year. When you re-apply with OSAC be sure to mark out our scholarship (just as though you're applying for the first time). They'll forward the paperwork to us and list you as a "previous award winner". That's all it will take. But...

Just to be sure we're all clear ...we need you to complete the OSAC application just as you did in previous years. They'll forward it to us. OSAC's application process is entirely independent of FOOSF's. Whatever requirements they have (essays, grades, etc) have no bearing on what we require. If they want essays - write the essays.

In our case, if you're in good standing with us then our requirements are going to be minimal. - no repeating our essays, no letters of reference etc. However, should our committee have questions regarding academic and/or work status we might ask for some additional information. This will be decided on a case by case basis.
