If you have not already read the New Scholarship Applicants page, please do so before filling out the online application.

All applicants must meet the three mandatory criteria and at least two of the elective criteria. If you do not meet these criteria, you will not be eligible, and should not apply.

If you are not pursuing a career in teaching or nursing, or don't meet the mandatory requirements below, then please do not fill out this form. (You will be required to provide proof of this information.)
	pursuing careers in teaching or nursing
If you are not able to answer yes to the four mandatory questions below but believe you should still be considered as a scholarship candidate, please first contact us at exceptions@hffund.org and explain your circumstances.
	work 20+ hours per week during school year
	attending college at least 3/4 time
	cumulative GPA 2.5 or GPA 2.5 over last three quarters with solid course load
	volunteer or work experience relevant to chosen profession

	non-traditional student (e.g. older, returning, parent)
	students who have overcome significant personal obstacles
	graduated from an alternative high school or obtained GED or transferring from an Oregon community college to a 4-year college
